Greg brings deep experience in executive search / placement and guiding organizations through periods of transition -- and he doesn’t stop there. He provides ongoing support and mentorship to executives after placement, helping leaders and organizations succeed well beyond day one.

Greg can assist your organization in succession planning that ensures leadership continuity, protects institutional knowledge, and prepares organizations for planned or unexpected transitions so missions stay strong, teams stay focused, and impact continues without disruption.

Greg is proficient in helping organizations with capacity assessment and optimizing organizational health, helping nonprofits evaluate systems, their staff and volunteer bench, and leadership readiness. Through operational reviews, process auditing, and refining internal controls, he strengthens accountability, improves performance, and ensures organizations are positioned to scale sustainably and responsibly.

I began my career in California-based nonprofit management in 1999. I have extensive experience with both 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6) organizations in the areas of nonprofit strategic planning, communications, legislative advocacy, governance, finance, operations, risk management, human resources, and regulatory compliance.

I earned two master’s degrees from California State University Sacramento – one in English, and one in Public Policy & Administration. I also earned a Certificate from the University of South Florida in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace, and hold the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives.

I take a holistic approach to consulting work with nonprofit organizations. I work closely with executives and boards to understand their goals and challenges, and to develop and recommend policies and solutions that address their specific needs and best interests. My approach is collaborative, transparent, and results-driven.
